Scope of the service
ElikaSoft provides software as a service. Access is granted through an account opened for your company and within the permissions assigned to you.
Keeping your credentials safe is your responsibility. Actions taken with your account are treated as taken by you.
Data ownership
The data you enter is yours. ElikaSoft processes it only to provide, maintain and — at your request — support the service.
When the service ends you retain the right to export your data in a machine-readable format.
Unacceptable use
You may not use the system to reach third-party data without permission, to overload the service in a way that affects other users, or to run business contrary to applicable law.
Availability and liability
Uninterrupted service is not guaranteed; maintenance and incidents are announced within a reasonable time.
Liability for indirect damages beyond direct loss is not accepted. This limit applies to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Changes
These terms may be updated. Material changes are announced to the account holder before they take effect.
