What data is processed
Account data: name, e-mail, role and session records. Application data: the customer, contract and transaction records your company enters.
Technical data: error logs and access traces, kept to keep the service running.
For what purpose
Data is processed to provide the service, to keep it secure and to meet legal obligations. It is not shared with third parties for advertising.
Who can access it
Only the users you define can reach your company's data, within the permissions granted to them. That boundary is enforced at the database level.
ElikaSoft staff may access it only at your explicit request and through a session that leaves a trace.
How long it is kept
Application data is kept while the service continues. Accounting and audit records follow the retention periods set by law.
The audit trail cannot be deleted; it records who did what, not the data itself.
Your rights
You may access, correct, request deletion of and obtain a portable copy of your data. Send your request to the address on the contact page.
