Four stops in the day
Produce arrives, is packed, is loaded, and the figures come out. All four run on the same record; nothing is typed in twice.
On the system before it leaves the field
Which grower, which plot, how much and when — known before the delivery arrives. Produce is weighed on arrival, the docket is printed on the spot and it enters the system with its own batch number.

After grading only the rejects are weighed; first-grade weight follows on its own. When a pallet closes, its batches, box count and net weight are recorded and the label is printed.

Did this lorry make money or lose it
Produce cost, packaging, labour, haulage and a share of overheads land in the same calculation. The answer comes not just as a total but broken down by lorry, customer, product and grower.

The code on the label gives no date
The pallet label carries no readable date; it is a sequence code with no meaning of its own. The real date, batch and grower stay attached to that code inside the system and appear only on your own screens. Traceability is complete; the label alone cannot be read off.
It does not replace your accounting software
Halmarket tracks the daily work of the packhouse; it does not keep the statutory books. Goods-in dockets, grower receipts, delivery notes and invoices are produced here as internal tracking documents; official e-documents and tax stay with your accountant. We say so upfront, because finding out later costs everyone.
